摘要:以往公共服务动机与工作绩效关系的研究在关系强度、作用方向以及显著性水平上存在较大分歧。为澄清困顿,采用元分析方法对35篇相关中英文文献进行整理再分析。研究发现:公共服务动机与工作绩效存在中等程度的正相关;文化背景、绩效评价标准和研究设计能够显著调节二者之间的关系,但PSM测量工具的调节效应不显著。元分析结果表明:公共服务动机是促进个体工作绩效的有效内驱力,未来应从扩展元分析技术,探究其中的中介机制,挖掘新的调节变量,探索潜在的边界条件,把握维度匹配规律,寻找绩效提升最优解等角度揭示动机—绩效关系的深层次机理。
