摘要/Abstract

摘要：以高校专任教师为研究对象，通过问卷调查，利用统计分析方法对工作-家庭冲突和反刍思维对主观幸福感的影响机制进行了研究。研究结果表明:反刍思维对组织支持感和主观幸福感有显著影响。其中，反刍思维正向影响组织支持感，负向影响主观幸福感;组织支持感正向影响主观幸福感;组织支持感在反刍思维和主观幸福感之间起中介作用;工作疏离感对反刍思维和组织支持感有正向调节作用。

Abstract:This research takes university teachers as the object and studies the influence mechanism of work-family conflict and ruminant thinking on subjective well-being through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis methods. Research results show that ruminant thinking has a significant impact on perceived organizational support and subjective well-being. Among them， ruminant thinking positively affects organizational support and negatively affects subjective well-being; perceived organizational support positively affects subjective well-being; perceived organizational support mediates ruminant thinking and subjective well-being; perceived work alienation positively regulates ruminant thinking and perceived organizational support.
